WHY RENT A DRESS?

Everyone deals with the struggle of not being able to find an outfit for an event and it can be hard to justify paying retail price for an outfit that will only be worn once and stay in your closet forever. Renting a dress allows you to wear a luxurious dress that you wouldn't have otherwise worn, at a fraction of the retail price. Our collection includes garments from designers around the world to ensure you find something unique, on trend, and that no one else will be wearing. 

HOW DO I RENT A DRESS?

Pick a style, wear it, and return it. 

 

Browse our collection online and reserve your preferred style. Book a fitting by appointment only to try on your garment before the rental period to ensure the style and fit is what your looking for. If you try another style you like more than the dress reserved, we will put your payment towards that garment. Once reserved garments can be picked up and dropped off within the requested 4-day rental period. Delivery can be arranged in certain circumstances, additional charges may apply. 

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

​Rental rates provided are for 4-day rentals however a 7-day rental is also available. Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances however this must be agreed upon at the time of rental. Late fees will apply if the garment is not returned within the reserved period.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

  • Our standard rental period is 4-days however exceptions can be made for longer periods (rates are subject to change).

  • Late fees may apply should the garment not be returned within the agreed upon rental period. 

  • Items must be picked up and dropped off by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery fees may apply if required.

  • Garments should not be pressed, cleaned, altered or repaired - all garments are dry cleaned in between rental periods.

  • Temporary hemming and/or minor alterations can be assessed to best fit the garment to the client.

  • Insurance can be purchased for $15 which covers small repairs needed to bring garment to sellable condition. 

  • A credit card is required to be held as deposit at the time of rental.

  • The full retail price of the garment will be charged should the item not be returned, or if it is returned with unrepairable damage.

  • Two weeks notice is required to cancel a rental without penalties.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept cash, debit and credit however regardless of the payment method, a credit card will be required to be held as deposit during the rental period.  Payment must be made at the time of the booking to reserve the garment for the specified date. 

WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT SHOWN?

If you are interested in a style but are looking for a different size, please send us an email an lussohire@gmail.com as most of the garments in our collection come in a full size range and can be ordered upon request. We are in the process of expanding our collection and size range and do our best to accommodate everyones needs.
